不要提交 package-lock.json 和 yarn.lock

启动过程

1. 安装 node 16.x（例如16.20.1）
2. npm config get registry
3. npm config set registry https://registry.npmmirror.com
4. 安装依赖：npm install

本地启动

npm run serve

打包dist

npm run build
